Youth Drama Program with Tara Mahoney and Erin Stripto

July 2-October 8 (Wednesdays only). 4:00-5:30

This professional theatre training program is open to all beginning, intermediate, and advanced aspiring young performers, ages 7 and up. Students will engage in theatrical curricular studies focusing on creating a character, stage presence, script analysis, dance and performance skills, while learning techniques of auditioning for stage performance. The youth drama program will meet once a week for 15 weeks and culminates with a Fall Festival performance of the Children’s Theatre production.

Beginner Yoga for Adults

These classes teach the foundations of yoga practice, educating students on how the body works, yoga alignment, and breath. Each class ends with a guided relaxation meditation, a wonderful way to end the week. Please bring yoga mat and towel to class. Members $44, Non-members $48

    Tai Chi Chuan (Beginner)

    Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient art which embodies China's most profound concepts and principles of health and movement. Practiced at a slow and even speed, Tai Chi promotes relaxation, posture and balance. These simple movements are widely acknowledged to help calm the emotions, focus the mind, and stregthen the immune system. A simple 1-2-3 method of the popular Yang-style Simplified 24 form is taught, along with simple exercises that relax and rejuvenate. Members $180, Non Members $200

      Watercolor 101

        Gentle Yoga

                            Our new and fun-filled glee club is a musical group of mixed voices, male and female, which specializes in the singing of short songs - glees! Songs from Top 40 pop, Rock, Jazz, and R&B genres will be included as well as some of the most current show tunes.
