This fun and engaging class was specially designed for dancers ages 13+. Under the caring, expert instruction of the MAC Dance Staff, students will be introduced to the fundamental building blocks of movement, rhythm/musicality, and begin to create movement of their own.  Students will develop an understanding of movement concepts, including flexibility, balance, and coordination, through specific ballet-based movements and creative exploration.
