Jake Oliver

Jake Oliver brings over 20 years of high-impact operational leadership, artistic talent, and community arts administration experience to his role as Managing Director. An award-winning playwright, actor, director, and theater producer, Jake balances a rich creative background with strong business and management skills. His diverse corporate leadership history includes managing large-scale retail operations for Whole Foods Market and Trader Joe’s, coordinating national marketing campaigns for Waterford Crystal and Morgan Stanley and developing network pitches for Hallmark Entertainment. A dedicated advocate for community engagement, Jake was honored alongside Executive Director Maggie O’Brien with the Beacon of Light Award by the Monmouth Regional Chamber of Commerce. He holds a Bachelor of Music from the Oberlin Conservatory of Music, where he combined classical vocal performance with studies in non-profit management.
