Join us for our monthly movies series presented in conjunction with Brookdale Public Radio 90.5 The Night. Woodstock is a 1970 American documentary film of the watershed counterculture Woodstock Festival which took place in August 1969 near Bethel, New York.

Monday Night Music Club at the MAC celebrates enduring concert films from the likes of David Bowie, Prince, Led Zeppelin and more. Brookdale Public Radio 90.5 The Night air personalities serve as your hosts, starting the evening off with a brief discussion about that evening’s film.

ABOUT WOODSTOCK
Woodstock took place 55 years ago this week, August 15-18, 1969. Three days of peace and music brought 32 bands and 460,000 concert goers together in what was a cultural watershed moment in music. Directed by Michael Wadleigh, Woodstock captures the atmosphere and electric performances from Jimi Hendrix, Crosby, Stills, and Nash, Jefferson Airplane, Santana, Janis Joplin, and more.
