ABOUT THE LAST WALTZ
Directed by Martin Scorsese, The Last Waltz chronicles what was billed as the farewell concert by The Band. Recorded on Thanksgiving Day in 1976 at San Francisco’s Winterland Ballroom, special guests included Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, Paul Butterfield, Van Morrison, Ronnie Wood, Neil Young, and more.
The Last Waltz has been hailed as one of the greatest concert documentaries of all time and was enshrined in the Library of Congress in 2019.
