Tracey Ann Finley Art: Abstracts vs. Outsiders Exhibition

Join us for the opening of Tracey Ann Finley Art: Abstracts vs. Outsiders, the battle between the undefined and the unconventional, on Sat, Feb 3 at 2 pm. The exhibition will be on view through the month of February.

ARTIST STATEMENT
Many times I get asked the question about my particular painting style. I have found over the years that inside my brain, there is a battle. One part of me loves the child-like, outsider painting style, where the other part of me is drawn to an abstract style of motion. Both painting approaches  fill my heart with joy. My collectors too are fans of the two styles, with many of them owning several of both design forms. 

TRACEY ANN FINLEY BIO
I was born in Brooklyn, NY, followed by a family move to Middletown, NJ in 1972. I currently live in the beautiful town of Leonardo, NJ, with my husband, my daughter and my Cairn Terrier.

I’m a self-taught “outsider” artist, and I have loved creating art my entire life. In 2004, I began offering my work for sale online via my website, Ebay and Etsy. To date I have great pride in saying that I have sold over 4,500 original works. My colorful paintings hang in spaces across the USA, Canada, Spain, Australia, Japan, United Kingdom, Mexico, Israel, Ireland, and other countries across the world!  I feel truly blessed to be able to create my funky and colorful paintings full time. I love what I do…….
